Lymphoedema Clinic

The Lymphoedema clinic was set up in the 1990s. As the only clinic of its nature in Bromley, we were able to extend the service by offering help to patients beyond those being helped by the hospice.

Lymphoedema is characterised by swelling of the limbs or parts of the body and causes acute discomfort.

We help patients manage their condition through treatments in one-to-one appointments and in support groups which help patients feel less alone; they share their experiences and learn tips and ideas about how to cope from each other.
