Terms and Conditions

1. The Scheme is operated and promoted by Harris HospisCare, Caritas House, Tregony Road, Orpington, Kent BR6 9XA.
2. Your Supporters Retail Card (here in referred to as the 'Card') is issued by and remains the property of Harris HospisCare. The Card can only be obtained by volunteering, regularly giving £10 or more per month by standing order or raising a specified amount of sponsorship for certain events organised and run in aid of Harris HospisCare.
3. The Scheme is free of charge to all persons above the age of 16 who meet the criteria stipulated in point 2.
4. Your Card can only be used at participating stores and at such other third party/partner outlets that may be part of the Scheme.
5. Harris HospisCare  reserves the right to alter or change the number of participating shops at any time or the incentive being offered by individual businesses.
6. Your Card cannot be used as a credit /debit card or a guarantee card and has no monetary value.
7. The Scheme is only for consumer use. The Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity.
8. The Card can only be used by the person whose name appears on the Card.
9. The Card entitles the supporter to special offers and promotions and is instantly usable subject to availability and retailer participation. If you take advantage of any discounts, offers, promotions, or are involved in transactions with any businesses in relation to an offer, deal, promotion etc found on or through the Site, including but not limited to payment and delivery of goods or services, any other terms and conditions, warranties or representations associated with such transactions are solely between you and the providers of the offers, discounts, promotions etc. You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings, or as the result of the presence of such offers, discounts, promotions etc.
10. Offers and incentives are subject to change throughout the year. Updates, additions and alterations will be displayed on the hospice website at www.harrishospiscare.org.uk. There will also be postal information sent with the hospice newsletter.
11. Retailer participation and offers may vary. All offer/discount/promotion(s) are only valid on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount/promotions, unless stated otherwise by the retailer.
12. To use your Card at participating retailers you need to present it when you initially approach the sales point/sales assistant, offers cannot be obtained retrospectively. You are unable to request discounts or offers for purchases made prior to your signing up to the Loyalty Scheme.
13. If you breach these terms and conditions, or if Harris HospisCare reasonably believes that you have breached these terms and/or abused the Scheme, Cards may be terminated without prior notice. Harris HospisCare  reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary where a Cardholder is found to have abused the Scheme.
14. In addition to point 15, Harris HospisCare reserves the right to (i) stop issuing Cards at any time; (ii) on notice to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Card and/or Scheme; and (iii) on notice withdraw or cancel the Cards and/or the points (including the redemption and issue of such) and/or terminate the Scheme. A Cardholder may terminate his/her Card at any time.
15. Harris HospisCare will notify Cardholders of any changes to these terms and conditions. Notices detailing the revised terms will be available from www.harrishospiscare.org.uk
