Light up a Life 2012 Church Services:
-
Sunday 25 November at 4pm - St Nicholas Parish Church, Chislehurst - Sunday 2 December at 4pm - St Michael and All Angels Church, Locksbottom
Our Light up a Life events offer people from the local community the chance to come together at what for many people is often a difficult time of the year and remember someone who has died.
Once again we hosted two beautiful church services in Chislehurst and Locksbottom. Both events were followed by the lighting of our new Trees of Light, both of which will remain illuminated until Saturday 5 January 2013.
This year we have refurbished our Trees of Light at both churches and they were illuminated for the first time after the services. All those attending were welcome to stay for mince pies and mulled wine following the lighting of the tree.
We would like to invite you to make a donation in memory of someone and help to support our vital work. As well as a light on our tree, we will display those dedicated names at both services and in our Book of Remembrance on our website. You will also receive a special dedication card.
